WNBA Insider Teases Simone Biles, Caitlin Clark Collabs After Recent Move

Mar 18, 2026, 10:15 AM CUT

For the last few hours, conversations surrounding a collaboration between decorated Olympian gymnast Simone Biles and star WNBA hooper Caitlin Clark have been doing the rounds. A major reason for this is the signing of Biles' husband, Jonathan Owens, to the Indianapolis Colts.

Kickstarted by a post made by Owens confirming his signing, talks about the potential collab began after USA Today's Meghan Hall shared his post on X, seasoning it with her own forecast.

The journalist and WNBA insider wrote, “Definitely foresee more Simone Biles and Caitlin Clark collabs soon.”

The forecast stems from Caitlin Clark’s growing presence in Indianapolis, as she became the star point guard for the Indiana Fever after being drafted No. 1 overall in 2024, quickly turning into the face of the city’s women's basketball scene.

Furthermore, the official page of the Indiana Fever took to X and wrote, "Can't wait to see Simone Biles a lot more at Gainbridge Fieldhouse this year."

Although Biles and Clark aren't exactly friends, the two share a mutual admiration, confirmed by the positive words they've exchanged on social media.

And while the collaboration talks are yet to be confirmed, things are on the up-and-up for Caitlin Clark, who made a strong comeback at the FIBA Qualifier Tournament after an eight-month absence due to a groin and ankle injury.

Caitlin Clark Crowned MVP After Dominant FIBA Qualifying Run

Caitlin Clark led Team USA in scoring with a total of 58 points across five games, averaging 11.6 per game, while also topping the team with 6.4 assists.

Clark marked her return with stellar performances across Senegal, Italy, New Zealand, and Spain.

Her impressive comeback run resulted in her being named the Tissot tournament MVP and saw her bag a watch as well.

This is the second time Clark has been named the Tissot MVP, as she won the award when she was with the U-19 team during their 2021 FIBA World Cup run.

That being said, do you think we'll see a Simon Biles-Caitlin Clark collab? Let us know!
