Caitlin Clark had a lot to unpack during her appearance on Basketball Night in America, as she returned to the show for the first time since her viral debut in February. Among the many things she touched on during the segment, the Indiana Fever star was full of praise as she spoke about Nikola Jokic.

Speaking to Maria Taylor, Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter, and Tracy McGrady, Clark said, "I think everybody knew he was going to do everything he could to get back(from his left knee hyperextension). And, I mean, there’s not many people that average a triple-double"

She added, "He’s done it all year long and back-to-back years, so it’s pretty incredible. And honestly, he’s probably my favorite player to watch, and I think he’s the best player in the world."

And while Clark's reverence for LeBron James is well-known, her choice to name Nikola Jokic as her favorite player wouldn't come as a surprise to her fans.

Both players are known for their court vision, creativity, and ability to push teammates to be better. Furthermore, Caitlin Clark herself has recorded multiple triple-doubles and built a reputation as one of the most exciting playmakers in women’s basketball.

Additionally, what Clark has said about Jokic stands true. The 2x NBA MVP is currently averaging 27.9 points, 12.8 rebounds, and 10.8 assists, and is one of the frontrunners for this season's MVP as well.

That being said, Caitlin Clark also had a couple of things to say about LeBron James.

Caitlin Clark Wants LeBron James' Signature

Pretty much every WNBA fan would know that Caitlin Clark worked as a credentialed photographer for the recent Pacers-Lakers game.

After the faceoff, Clark showcased some of the pictures that she took of LeBron James, captioning it, "The KING... Shot by ME"

Speaking about the images, Clark said, "That was my greatest shot. I need to print it out and get him to sign it for me. That's my GOAT, honestly."

She also revealed a rather funny incident that took place during the game.

"I swear we made eye contact, so I sat down the camera, and I smiled at him," Caitlin Clark said. "And he just looked at me with a straight face. I’m like ‘he didn’t even see me,’ but the photos turned out well."

And while James might not have acknowledged Caitlin Clark at the game against Indiana, he did repost the images as an Instagram Story, expressing his appreciation with emojis.
