Sophie Cunningham Mirrors Caitlin Clark With Latest Off-Court Move

Sophie Cunningham has had one of her busiest offseasons yet. She has traveled to New York and Florida, served as a caddie for Caitlin Clark, and is now stepping into a new venture of her own.
Sophie revealed she will host the first annual Sophie Cunningham Golf Classic on April 11–12. She shared the news on social media, inviting interested participants to call or email for more details.
The inspiration might be coming from her Indiana Fever teammate. Over the past two offseasons, CC has tested her skills on the golf course, playing in Pro-Am events. This year, she even invited Cunningham and Lexie Hull to join her as caddies. And it appears the experience sparked something bigger for Sophie.

Well, this is a unique move, but it’s not entirely surprising. That’s because back on November 20, 2025, Sophie hinted at her growing interest in golf.
“I think I have some potential in my golf game,” she said. “I really do. I’m going to play this Friday just to see where I’m at.” That curiosity has now become a full-fledged event.
Though it’s still unclear whether she will compete in the tournament herself. Before that, however, she has another major appearance lined up.
Sophie Cunningham is Heading to the NBA All-Star
For a collaboration with Adidas at the AntLAnd event, Soph is headed to NBA All-Star Weekend this Sunday. She posted on social media, “Let @nba All-Star Weekend begin,” along with a video from the activation.
Adidas has created several fan experiences in Los Angeles for the weekend, including AntLAnd. The immersive event is inspired by Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves, who is also an Adidas athlete.
The four-day interactive space brings together fans and players to celebrate basketball culture. As one of Adidas’ ambassadors, Cunningham will take part in the festivities while also enjoying the star-studded weekend in Los Angeles.
