A recent Instagram post from Aliyah Boston drew plenty of attention. But a hilarious comment from Las Vegas Aces guard Sydney Colson sent the internet buzzing. Colson wanted to know about Boston's new relationship with a tree.

Just a few days ago, the Indiana Fever star posted herself on her Instagram, in a stunning swimsuit. While most commented on how beautiful she looked, Colson had a very specific and “serious” question.

“U out there with somebody or u dating the tree?” She slid under AB’s post, particularly joking about that picture where Boston is posing with her hand on a tree. And given 3 of 6 pictures included that tree, who’s going to blame Syd?

Even Candace Parker couldn’t. She brought it up in a recent episode of the Post Moves podcast and was ready to go “through Instagram and see if that tree specifically is in any other Instagram posts and any other stories, Snapchat.”

But Boston defended herself rightly, replying, “SYD PLEASE cause yk I ain’t dating nobody.” She mentioned to Parker that she’s “single and (Colson) is playing around.” However, AB has been everyone’s hype girl, though.

Aliyah Boston Celebrated Others

2020 was the last time Boston was linked with any dating rumour. She and Portland State Vikings Center, Tre-Vaughn Minott, reportedly began dating in 2020 after meeting at the University of South Carolina campus.

But now that her dating life remains eventless, Boston has constantly hyped up her peers’ dating progress. After Arike Ogunbowale’s wedding announcement recently, AB didn’t waste a moment to comment, “OMG CONGRATSSS.”

Even during Lexie Hull’s engagement, Boston congratulated Hull by reposting the announcement on her Instagram story with the caption "The cutest”. She even joined Caitlin Clark and others to surprise Hull with gifts and balloons at a team practice.
