Sha'Carri Richardson's on-track schedule might be on the busier side, but that did not stop her from seizing the opportunity to connect with her fans even more.

Richardson reprised her role as a founding adviser-owner and shareholder in Athlos, making a special appearance at the main stage of the POSSIBLE Miami Beach conference. She joined co-founder Alexis Ohanian, leading to a discussion on why fans are obsessed with her journey to the top of track and field.

"What I have, I feel like I've told myself, is the relatability. Everybody doesn't know how to run fast. That's just being honest. But everyone knows how to keep going, and enjoy the moments that they do have." The 26-year-old said, per Athlos' official X account.

Athlos is an all-women's track competition that uses its platform to showcase the vision for women's track and field. Richardson is the face of the project apart from being a shareholder.

The messages shared during the event focused on “Why women’s sports are the most electric space in the game right now and preview all of the incredible growth coming to ATHLOS this year.”

Sha'Carri Richardson has been a vocal supporter of increasing compensation in women’s sports, advocating for female athletes to receive a similar level of pay, as she believes they make similar or sometimes even greater sacrifices to sustain their professional careers.

Partnering up with Athlos also comes with helping make a change on this topic for Richardson.

The project has introduced higher prize money than many traditional women’s meets, with winners earning around $60,000 per race.

Athletes can earn over $100,000 in a single night based on their performance during different events.

Richardson spends her time on Athlos because she wants to bring about this kind of transformation.

Sha'Carri Richardson has No Time to take a breath on this race calendar

Richardson kicked off her season in Australia, at the iconic Stawell Gift. The 26-year-old won in 13.15 seconds in the women's 120m handicap from scratch.

She followed it up with the women's 4x100m relay on April 18, helping the USA White team finish first in 41.70 seconds.

While Richardson entered the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational in Gainesville, her busy schedule made her unavailable to participate in the individual races.

Richardson faces a difficult task because she will compete in the Prefontaine Classic scheduled for July, followed by her participation in the USA Outdoor Championships, which serve as the main event to decide her national team position and her upcoming season plans.

In such a packed schedule, do you think Sha'Carri Richardson will be able to manage her off-track demands?
