Serena Williams' latest Instagram post is sparking a major reaction. The tennis legend shared a post revealing a significant transformation and a message for the fans.

The tennis legend took to Instagram to share a gallery of photos wearing a striking olive one-piece swimsuit on March 13. Serena completed her cosy look with a pink robe and UGG platform slippers.

However, her fitness transformation wasn't the only thing that impressed. Serena Williams has been a huge advocate for self-confidence and body positivity since her retirement, and this post was no different.

“I am not perfect… but I’m perfectly me. Take time today to celebrate being perfectly you!" Williams wrote in the caption.

The images showed off her 34-pound weight loss. The 44-year-old also looked significantly toned, similar to when she was an active player.

Williams has publicly credited the GLP-1 for helping her feel healthier with a stabilised blood sugar level and reduced knee stress. And this post has once again ignited the comeback debate.

Is Serena Williams Returning to Tennis?

Serena Williams was officially eligible to return to tennis on February 22 after completing six months in the testing pool of the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA).

This sparked increased speculation that Serena could return at the ATX Open alongside her sister, Venus Williams, in the doubles event.

Although that did not happen, fans still have hope after her recent body transformation, with Williams saying she feels even better than during her playing days.

"I think she's coming back. I don't know. I haven't spoken to her, but I guess the sentiment is that she's coming back. Where and how, singles, doubles, we don't know, and if I'm in her position, I would hide it too," Novak Djokovic told ESPN in early March.

Meanwhile, Serena shared a cryptic message on her Instagram post that read, "Contemplating my next move." Williams has yet to say no to any of the speculations as well.

Regardless of whether or not the 23-time Grand Slam champion returns to the court, she certainly looks fit enough to do so.
