Even for a two-time gold medallist, the paint doesn’t have to be the only stage. And being Unrivaled’s Co-host wasn’t enough. This time, Napheesa Collier’s leap was even higher.

WNBA star Collier maxed out her game to the Grammys as she appeared in a Jordan Brand ad on February 1, 2026.

Collier joined Jordan Brand in May 2025 after becoming a free agent in the sneaker world. And this Sunday, she appeared in the brand’s new anthem for the 2026 Grammys, “Generational Greatness”.

The 2026 version gives a modern touch to the original 1991 Jordan Brand commercial. It’s about a woman’s journey to find out which wish she wants from the genie.

Actress Nicey Nash appeared as the genie. Whereas, Rhyne Howard, Gabby Williams and Isabelle Harrison joined Collier on this roster.

Collier had a meaningful interaction with Michael Jordan in February last year, which led the two-time gold medallist to join the brand. And she clearly mentioned how important this was to her. “This is a partnership that I want to have for the rest of my career”, she said.

However, as the five-time WNBA All-Star is on her journey to become the next face of Jordan, this is not the only recent success she has had.

Unrivaled Set an All-Time Record in Women’s Basketball

Unrivaled, the 3v3 league that Collier co-hosts, just recorded the highest attendance in any regular game for pro women’s basketball. On January 30, 2026, the league played two games in Xfinity Mobile Arena, Philadelphia.

21,490 people showed up to watch the women play. This number surpasses any recent record of the W league.

It was also the highest attendance for the stadium, despite being the home arena to the 76ers. Collier described this grandiose moment as “unbelievable” to ESPN.

“It was unbelievable”, she said, “It’s just a testament to what we’re building here, how much people believe in it. So, to have the city show out like this, to break a record in all of women’s professional basketball here tonight, and for it to be Unrivaled, I think it’s just amazing. The future’s Unrivaled”.

Stars like Collier are elevating women’s sports with every step they take, scoring where it matters the most. As the success list grows, where do you think Collier will be positioned at in the upcoming years? Tell us what you think in the comments!
