Former LSU gymnast-turned-actress, Livvy Dunne, recently shared the details about her audition for The White Lotus, where she ended up getting rejected despite putting her best foot forward.
Dunne appeared on the May 13 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she disclosed her experience of auditioning for The White Lotus. Dunne also disclosed a major reason behind getting rejected for her role in The White Lotus.
The former LSU artistic gymnast disclosed, "I was obviously so nervous. And it was different because gymnastics, usually, you just go out there and perform on a 4-inch beam. But this, I have to talk and perform and play somebody else rather than myself."

Dunne also mentioned, "I ended up not getting that one," to which Fallon consoled her, saying, "No one watched that. No big deal."
However, the former LSU artistic gymnast turned her acting dream into reality by scoring the role of Junior Lifeguard Grace in Fox’s Baywatch Reboot. Livvy's debut acting project is set to release in January 2027.
Besides describing her failed audition, Dunne also talked about the Baywatch audition and said, “I ended up auditioning for Baywatch and submitted my self-tape. I had really no expectation of what was going to happen. I got a call back. It’s iconic, and that’s the first callback I’ve ever gotten, and I ended up booking it.”
However, in addition to filming for Baywatch Reboot, Dunne has also taken up modeling.

During her appearance on the recent episode of The Tonight Show, Dunne also discussed her fourth appearance in the "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.” The photoshoot was conducted by James Macari in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
When Fallon asked whether she got nervous during the shoot, the former gymnast said, “I've perfected my angles. I kind of know what I'm doing at this point.”
She continued explaining, “The second year I shot, I ended up coming back as a model and not just an athlete. I think I was the first person ever to get asked back as a model, which is really cool.”
Every time Dunne posts her pictures on social media, her fans are astonished by her physique and beauty, and now they are waiting to see her acting skills on TV.
So, are you thinking about tuning in to Baywatch Reboot to watch Dunne's first-ever acting performance?
