2025 felt different the moment the season tipped off. Arenas filled up, crowds got louder, and women’s basketball finally got the spotlight it always deserved. As the year winds down, it’s the perfect moment to look back at the bucket-getters who owned the league. Here are the top five scorers of 2025.

A’ja Wilson: The WNBA Season Nobody Could Touch

TIME's 2025 Athlete of the Year, scored 23.4 a night in the 2025 season, outpacing her closest rival, Napheesa Collier, thus stacking honours after honours. From MVP, to DPOY, to Scoring title, and finally becoming the Champ, A'ja Wilson achieved it in one season. And she became the first ever athlete in WNBA and NBA history to do so in a single season.

Napheesa Collier: Minnesota’s Quiet Killer

A’ja Wilson got all the hype, but Collier was right there with her, scoring almost 23 points every game. People noticed, and she almost won MVP and made the All-Defensive First Team again. She really carried Minnesota, making the First-Team All-WNBA for the third time in a row with awesome stats: 7.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.6 steals. She did everything, which kept the Lynx playing great.

Kelsey Mitchell: Indiana’s Scoring Machine

Kelsey Mitchell cooked this season, 20.2 points per game and the most threes in the league (111). She even led all guards in scoring and total points. Indiana locked her in with a core tag and a supermax for a reason. Playoffs? She still averaged 22.3. Easily her best Fever season ever.

Kelsey Plum: LA’s Shot-Maker on a Mission

Coming in 4th on the scoring charts, Kelsey Plum nailed 19.5 points per game through a crazy year. Skipping the inaugural Unrivaled season, she played 48 games in the W. Besdes the socring average 2025 stats were solid with 5.7 assists and 3.1 rebounds. A reliable gold-medal winner, who always gets points when LA is in a tough spot.

Paige Bueckers: Setting a New WNBA Rookie Season Benchmark

Paige Bueckers won Rookie of the Year earning 70 out of 72 votes. And that wasn't really surprising. She was putting up 19.2 points, 5.4 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game, like she'd been playing pro ball for ages. And she didn't stop there in August 2025, she set a new WNBA rookie record, scoring 44 points in one game for the Wings. She even made the New York Times' list of the 67 Most Stylish people. She's already a total star.
