There have been many moments from the Team USA training camp at Duke University that have caught fans' eyes. But no one was expecting to see two Caitlin Clarks!

The training camp has a lot of young budding talent, and one of them is Sonia Citron. The Washington Mystics rookie shared a funny story in a Monumental Sports Network interview back in July 2025.

"I would say something weird happened when I got recognized, because it wasn't me," Citron said, describing the weirdest place she has been recognized. And it looks like she was mistaken for Caitlin Clark in a restaurant while hanging out with her friends.

"I was at a restaurant with my two best friends from Notre Dame, in South Bend, and this guy came up to me, and was super excited, and was like 'Oh my goodness, are you Caitlin Clark?'"

We can see why someone would make that mistake, with both players sharing similar features like brown hair, a 6-foot height (with Sonia being an inch over), down to the same jersey number 22, and they are just 1 year apart in age.

This was not the only time the Fever star and All-Rookie would be called lookalikes.

Double Trouble

The WNBA did it at the USA training camp by sharing a post on X, pointing out the similarity between them. The two are seen standing together, and the WNBA hilariously captioned the video "Seeing Double."

The fans wasted no time barging in with the 'twins' comments on their similar mannerisms.

One said, "Might as well come join your twin in DC, Caitlin", while another wrote, "The way they get up to walk off the exact same way is kinda crazy tho".

The cherry on the cake was when one fan posted the famous Spiderman meme template of the two characters pointing at each other.

If they didn't see it already, now the young stars must surely be aware of how fans see them.

Citron and Clark already share a great relationship since Caitlin drafted her to play for her All-Star team. Teaming up again, the duo could very well make the cut to the final selection for Team USA.
