Caitlin Clark, Eileen Gu Steal the Show at $14.34 Billion Worth Brand's Milan Fashion Week Show

Caitlin Clark and Eileen Gu just became the new power duo at Milan Fashion Week.
The two sport icons sat front row at Prada's fall show. And their appearance felt more deliberate than a mere accident. But that is for time to tell.
CC was spotted sporting a cropped version of a striped polo as her base layer, with high-rise trousers paired up with the signature Prada belt. Adding a wool overcoat draped over her shoulders, along with heels that matched the shade, almost completed her look, if not for the top handle bag and accessories she decided to wear as well.
Sitting with the Fever star was 22-year-old Eileen Gu, who, along with her successes in skiing and securing medals in the Olympics, is also a fashion model on the side, already collaborating with luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Victoria's Secret for advertisements and promotional work with the occasional fashion show appearances and runways. Gu highlighted this moment by sharing a snapshot of the duo on her Instagram story, with Clark reposting it shortly after.
While Prada has significantly lost its market cap over the past year or so (30.6%), it remains a household name in luxury, and it certainly does know how to market the event.
The 14.34 billion-dollar company has played its part in spicing up internet reactions after strategically placing two of the most influential women in current times front row together.
Caitlin Clark's past collaborations with Prada
The Fever star has a rich history with the luxury brand, starting with the 2024 WNBA Draft, where Clark was the No. 1 overall draft pick. She created headlines, becoming the first athlete in the NBA/WNBA to be dressed by Prada in a Draft event.
"It's the first time Prada's ever dressed a male or female for [the] WNBA or NBA draft, so pretty cool," Clark acknowledged her white two-piece Prada formals during the event.
From then onwards, the 24-year-old has regularly been seen styling Prada outfits in tunnel walks and events such as the ESPN+ documentary premiere "Full Court Press" and the 2025 WNBA All-Star game.
As for her on-court return, the Indiana Fever open their season on May 9 against the Dallas Wings, and with positive reports coming related to Clark's injury and rehabilitation, one would hope for the involvement of the guard, even if as a rotation player starting from the bench.
