Azzi Fudd and Paige Bueckers might be running in separate leagues, but they’ve once again proven that they remain perfectly in sync about Abby. To be more specific, the late Abigail Zittoun.

On January 25, both Bueckers and Fudd posted the same Instagram story, sharing an update about The Abigail Zittoun Family Foundation's auction, which started a day earlier.

The auction allows enthusiasts to bid for various collectibles, including UConn merchandise. The Abigail Zittoun Family Foundation donates its entire earnings towards the welfare of the families of "critically ill children."

Fudd's, Bueckers', and the UConn Huskies’ tie with the late Abigail Zittoun and her family is emotional and is still cherished. Abigail, the little 13-year-old girl, was like a little sister to the Huskies.

Abby’s parents, Dan and Gwen, started The Abigail Zittoun Family Foundation to help the families of critically ill children in honor of Abby, who battled cancer for 7 years and finally found rest in October 2024.

For the auction, the Abigail Zittoun Family has UConn jerseys signed by Bueckers, a Kemba Walker-signed limited-edition basketball, a UConn Huskies golf gear collection, the signed Donovan Clingan Portland jersey, and much more.

While Fudd is still a member of the UConn Huskies squad, Bueckers' story revealed that she cherishes her bond with Abby despite being a WNBA star now. However, this is far from being the only instance where 'Buckets' supported a noble cause.

Paige Bueckers contributed to another noble cause finiancially

Bueckers recently won the free-throw challenge at the Unrivaled league, earning a $50,000 prize. Following her feat, the interviewer asked what she’d spend the money on.

The Breeze No. 5 replied, "I got some good plans, but no pocket watching over here. I'm gonna take care of it.”

Bueckers' "good plan" was an incredibly noble one. The Dallas Wings’ Guard donated the $50,000 to Hopkins Strong Relief Fund in her hometown of Hopkins, Minnesota.

The money will be spent to support food security, rent, and utilities for families living in that area, especially immigrant families, who are struggling to make ends meet.

What adjective would you use to describe Bueckers' character after learning about all his?
