Unrivaled : Rose BC forward Angel Reese reacts to a three pointer
Angel Reese has just returned to the Unrivaled, and Reebok has already joined the party to celebrate it through a special gesture.
Just a few days ago, Reese returned from Australia after the launch of her Reebok Angel Reese 1 'Rose Dust' colorway. And fast forward to February 20, Reebok dropped the first look of Reese’s AR1 ‘Unapologetically Angel' colorway.
Modern Notoriety took it to X, posting a photo of Reese wearing her PE. This one features a multi-coloured design, which is a direct nod to Reese's multi-faceted achievements. Reebok’s underfoot ERS and TPU upper balances Reese’s elegance and strength.
However, the official release date is not out yet. Moreover, the Chicago Sky star will take the paint against Hive bc in her Rose Dust colorway on February 20. Featuring a Muted Mauve design, it highlights Reese’s feminine grace like nothing else.
But that is not all. Reebok has also given first looks at two more colorways. The list includes Gala Green and Navy Halo. Neither of them has any official release date yet. However, we can expect to see Reese dominating the 3v3 with them further in the season.
How Will Angel Reese’s 2026 Unrivaled Season Look Like?
Reese did not waste a moment to make her return known, over Instagram and X both. The 23-year-old posted a photo of herself wearing the Rose 5 jersey. The caption said, “BARBIE HOOPS ARE BACK”, with a garnishing red rose emoji.
Now, looking back at Unrivaled’s history, not only did Reese play in 2025, but she also bagged the league’s first-ever Defensive Player of the Year title. Her rebounding game was strong as ever, as she scored 13.3 points and 12.4 rebounds per game, leading all players in the latter category.
As for 2026, Aari McDonald had to leave the remainder of the season due to injury, leaving a vacancy in the player pool. This made way for Reese to rejoin the Rose roster.
Currently, the team is ranking 5th, and they will most likely make it to the six-team postseason. Rose was last year’s title winner. And now Reese will be joining Chelsea Gray, Kahleah Copper and Lexie Hull on the hardwood in Rose’s last three games of the regular season.
After the busy offseason Reese spent, do you think she’ll be able to push Rose to their second consecutive championship? Let us know in the comments.
