Alysa Liu Teases Exciting Collab With $29.4 Billion Sports Brand

With the kind of Olympic performance and spotlight that Alysa Liu has been under, she just needed a massive applause, and Nike knew the game a bit too well.
The 20-year-old figure skater has become a household name at this point, after bringing 2 gold medals from Milan. The nation has celebrated her several times, but now it was time for Nike. And they knew what to do.
“GOOD AS GOLD: Nike is set to release its first official Alysa Liu product”, Sole Retriever took it to X on March 18. Mentioning that “a graphic t-shirt and hoodie—soon” will be the brand’s way of celebrating Liu.
The collaborative apparel release includes a hoodie and a T-shirt. The monographic design captures Liu in mid-motion, while she’s on the ice. The black base highlights the printed replica of Liu’s own autograph, while the Nike swoosh seals the look.
Liu’s rising popularity will touch even higher ceilings with this $29.4 Billion brand’s move. Nike has set April 30 as the release date. The hoodie will retail for $70 and the t-shirt for $45. And this might even come in handy for Liu’s growing interest in fashion.
Alysa Liu Has Been Leaning on Fashion
Ideally, most of Liu’s fashion statements came from the ice. But now the 'Showgirl on Ice' is taking things outside of the rink. Post-Olympic, Liu made her Paris Fashion Week debut on March 10. She also attended the Louis Vuitton Fall 2026 show at the Louvre.
With her brown denim-on-denim set with a classic monogrammed Express bag, Liu blended in exceptionally well with other fashion icons. Though she admitted having “no idea how fashion shows work”, the halo-haired star mentioned what shaped her style.
“The Bay in general has made my fashion sense what it is; it’s really shaped it”, said Liu. “Honestly, my siblings. I’m sitting here right now in my brother’s jeans. And my sisters as well—three of them are triplets, but the triplets dress so different from each other.”
From the Paris fashion week to the most recent Oscar weekends, Liu is exploring her other interests and expanding her profile beyond skating.
That being said, are you thinking of buying Liu’s Nike merch?
