“Abs Workout!!!” Fans React as Aneesah Morrow Shows Off Workout Results

Aneesah Morrow is one of the most talked-about athletes, not just for her dominant performance but also for her impressive physique, and it became apparent once more recently.
While she made her WNBA debut on May 23, 2025, for the Connecticut Sun against the Minnesota Lynx, her toned abs had already started gaining attention back in 2023, when she was at LSU. She has continued working hard to make them even more defined since then.
And just like she’s done before, Aneesah Morrow took to X yesterday to share a quick clip of her ab workout progress. Along with showing off her defined six-pack, the 23-year-old wrote, “ain't this what they've been waiting for.”
In the clip, she’s seen doing pull-ups along with a few exercises targeting her groin and biceps. She also looked excited, even dancing a bit as she showed off the results.
Earlier this year, in her final game of the 2025 Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball season on Feb. 25, 2026, she recorded a double-double with 25 points and 14 rebounds in a 98–82 win for Gold Rush over Eclipse, earning MVP 2 honors, and put up a strong performance.
However, standing at 6'1" as a powerful forward, it's actually Morrow’s physique that has become a major talking point.
Her sculpted midsection, in particular, has caught the attention of both fans and fellow players.
Even former LSU teammate Flau'jae Johnson couldn’t hold back her admiration last year, praising Aneesah Morrow’s physique and work ethic, saying, “Have you ever seen her six-pack? Good God.”
And just like her, fans are clearly impressed and have plenty to say.

Meanwhile, another fan kept things light, writing, “I'm giving my stomach the side eye right now🤣.”
